*Q: How fast will my items ship? Does priority shipping move up my order speed?

*A: I will fulfill orders as they come in and bring them to the post office 1-4 business days after order placement.

Usually I will only list items/quantities ready to ship OR they will be labelled pre-order.  

Pre- order pieces may take 2-4 weeks average from order placement date to ship in order for me to get the supplies/ craft the piece to ship!

Note* Priority shipping will only come into play once the package is delivered to the post office.

* Q: What metals/materials do you use in your pieces?

*A: All pieces will list what material the attachments use in their description, always opting for hypoallergenic options - Usually gold-plating, but silver can be used upon request with th understanding it may affect the overall look/style of the piece.

*Q: Can I request earrings with a different type of hook? (e.g. Cannot wear studs, or can't wear leverbacks)

*A: Yes! At checkout, or DMing me, we can swap out the hook type with the understanding it may affect the final look of the piece!

*Q: How large are your stitch markers?

*A: All stitch markers will have a note of inner diameter in mm. Most of them are 10mm!

*Q: How large are the shoe charms? Will they be too long for my shoe?

*A: All shoe charmes will have a photo displaying length and width of the charms in mm and the rings used are roughly 5mm thick.

*Q: How do I clean my brass jewelry pieces and markers?

*A: There are several "at-home" ways to clean and care for brass depending on what you have.

  1. Soap and Water - warm watered washcloth and mild soap with gentle rub. Make sure to dry completely! (Leaving water can leave unwanted water spots)

  2. Vinegar and Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoon with 1 cup white water, heat the solution on stove or microwave to warm, and place pieces in bowl at least 10 minutes. Use a cloth after to wipe away any tarnish or markings. Dry completely!

  3. There are many other user/ingredient friendly options online!
